XQZGX-12S is designed for filling and capping various small tubes with a rotary tray filling and capping structure. The capping part adopts the Servo motor capping method, which is simple and efficient and the torque is adjustable. XQX2 high-precision ceramic metering pumps is applied to ensure filling accuracy within ±0.5%. The whole machine has a compact desktop design to save the space and fit for the GMP workshop standard.

1. The intelligent touch operating system is adopted in Reagent tube Filler.
2. The separation part adopts high purity ceramic pump, which controls the injection volume of each lap by adjusting the angle of the pump head, and has extremely high measuring accuracy and repeated consistency.
3. The capping part adopts SERVO torsional screwing to ensure the tightness and no-damaging of the lid.
4. the machine adopts bottle mold fast loading method, different bottle type can be exchanged quickly and conveniently.
5. The device adopts German sensor to achieve the functions of no filling without bottle, no capping without lids.
