XQJYP-2A is an automatic filling and capping system for filling and capping the essential oil bottle with the cap and plug. The packing speed is up to 41 bottles per minute. The device uses the German brand sensor to achieve the functions of no filling without the bottle, no capping without lids. The filling pump applies the XQX2 series high-precision ceramic pump to ensure filling accuracy. The material contact part is SS316L and ceramic which has good corrosive resistance. The capping part applies SERVO torsional screwing to ensure the tightness and no damage of the lid. At the same time, the machine can be connected with the labeling machine to be a full packing line.
