The XQAB-2A is a full automatic small bottle filling and cap pressing machine. it is mainly for the bottle with the plug pressing. It is working speed is 50BPM and pretty suitable for the 2ml small bottle. The self-developped intelligent touch operating system is adopted in this machine whith makes the machine esay to control. The separation part adopts high purity ceramic pump, which controls the injection volume of each lap by adjusting the angle of the pump head, and has extremely high measuring accuracy and repeated consistency. The device adopts German sensor to achieve the functions of no filling without bottle, no capping without lids. Taiwan brand pneumatic components are adopted to make the machien work stably.
