XQZGX-12A is a desktop filling and capping machine with the high precision pump for the essential oil filling. It has the fast changing mold to switch different size of bottle from 2-50ml glass bottle. the filling pump has the filling accuracy at ±0.5% which ensure no over filling. At the same time it adopts air capping function and the self-developing system to make the machine run fast and stable. It can deal with the small and middle batch manufacturing.
This equipment has been tested to meet the requirements of GMP certification.
1. The intelligent touch operating system is adopted.
2. The separation part adopts high purity ceramic pump, which controls the injection volume of each lap by adjusting the angle of the pump head, and has extremely high measuring accuracy and repeated consistency.
3. 304 stainless steel appearance, desktop structure, practical and convenient.
4. The capping part adopts AIR torsional screwing to ensure the tightness and no-damaging of the lid.
5. the machine adopts bottle mold fast loading method, different bottle type can be exchanged quickly and conveniently.
6. The device adopts German sensor to achieve the functions of no filling without bottle, no capping without lids.
7. Additional plug or cover functions can be customized as required.
